With patented high-density plasma technologies, Nano Electronics and Micro System Technologies, Inc. (or “NEMS”) designs, manufactures and sells a variety of plasma solutions including vacuum and atmospheric plasma tools. NEMS focuses on developing plasma surface treatment systems that incorporate surface cleaning, etching, and modification processes.
