Dr. Kluthe has a background in physics and over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including about 14 years specializing in power electronics. Throughout his career, he has held several key R&D roles in program and line management at Infineon-Qimonda, Inotera Memories, SB Limotive, and Bosch, where he also coordinated the Robert-Bosch-Center of power electronics and served as the responsible project manager for Bosch power modules in legacy inverters. Since 2021, Dr. Kluthe has been leading the Product Area “Power Semiconductors and Modules” for automotive high voltage applications.
