Biography

Dr. Ehsan Khan is a veteran technology entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of leadership experience, including 15+ years in AI and DataTech. He has launched and scaled multiple startups across AI, TradeTech, EduTech, and AgriTech—building impactful, sustainable solutions rooted in data-driven innovation.

Currently, Dr. Khan serves as the VP Data & AI at GO Telecom and leads the GO AI Hub, positioning GO as a national and regional leader in AI innovation. In this role, he drives large-scale AI adoption across Saudi Arabia, while also building global bridges—connecting the Kingdom’s innovation ecosystem with Silicon Valley, Europe, and beyond. His work directly supports Vision 2030 by fostering knowledge transfer, accelerating digital transformation, and enabling AI-driven competitiveness.

He holds a PhD in Strategy, Programme, and Project Management from SKEMA Business School, France (Valedictorian), and is the author of the world’s first book on Program Governance. His contributions have earned international recognition, including awards from IPMA and PMI, and he frequently speaks at TEDx and global technology forums on the future of AI and digital transformation.

In addition to his startup ventures and corporate leadership, Dr. Khan has led multi-million-dollar ICT programs for government entities, establishing PMOs and governance frameworks.

A strong believer in mentorship, he continues to advise and build ventures that drive real-world impact through emerging technologies—bridging Saudi Arabia with the global AI economy.

Under the scope of its license, valid for a period of 25 years, the company is allowed to establish and operate a facilities-based public fixed telecommunications network including international gateways and to provide fixed line communication services at the local, national and international levels. Such services include, but are not limited to, the following:

Fixed line voice communication services (Nomadic, VoIP) Fixed broadband data communication services Other relevant services, including: audio, text, VAS, visual and more. The license requires compliance with specific roll-out and coverage obligations, including coverage in seven provinces of the KSA within 5 years of the issuance of the license.
