  • SVP, head of BU MEMS Sensors within Mobility Electronics, within Bosch Group since 1998, since then various positions in field of MEMS, semiconductors, and sensor R&D.
  • Section Manager in the Bosch Research and Technology Center North America (03-06).
  • Section Manager for MEMS Automotive Gyroscopes and IMUs modules (until 09).
  • Director of MEMS Sensor Predevelopment (until 13) as well as VP for Consumer Sensor Product Development  @ Bosch Sensortec (until 18), CTO since then until 07/22.
  • He holds various patents and co-authors several papers on MEMS sensors devices and process technology.
  • Markus received his Diploma Degree in Physics from Karisruhe Institute of Technology, MSc from University of Oregon, and PhD in semiconductor Technology of University Stuttgart, Germany in 2003.
