Dominic Dorfner, Ph.D.
Biography
Dominic Dorfner has been appointed President on September 1, 2024. Previously he served as Senior Vice President of the Automotive Division at Semikron Danfoss. In 2021 Dominic Dorfner joined Semikron Danfoss as Head of the Industrial Business of Danfoss Silicon Power.
Prior to joining Semikron Danfoss Dominic Dorfner has worked in multiple roles for Voith Turbo and as a Consultant for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Further, he serves as member of the advisory board for the Frauenhofer Gesellschaft ISIT.
Dominic Dorfner has a PhD in Semiconductor Physics, an Executive Education from INSEAD and lived in Germany, USA, Japan and China.
