Edward Chen is the VP of Commercial at SK Siltron CSS leading the global sales, marketing, and applications teams focused on scaling the silicon carbide materials business. He brings over 20 years of experience in power semiconductors with a proven track record of delivering continuous revenue growth. Prior to SK, he held roles at GE Aerospace and Wolfspeed leading worldwide sales teams to design-in SiC MOSFETs, Schottky diodes, and modules into automotive EV, renewable energy, industrial, and server/IT applications.
