Noorazidi is currently attached to Inari Technology Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Inari Amertron Berhad) as Deputy Vice President for OTSP (Operation Technology and Strategic Programs) and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety). Possessing a Mechanical Engineering degree from University Of Nevada, Reno, USA, Azidi started his career in the semiconductor related high-volume manufacturing, process engineering, automation system design, Industry 4.0 and environment sectors for the past 30 years with experience working with multinational companies like AMD, Hewlett Packard, Agilent and Avago. Beside transforming Inari into digitalization and cyber-physical-system adoption, Azidi has strong relationship with local academia (secondary and tertiary levels) for the work on developing new industrial-ready talents in the preparedness, exposure and pre-experience prior to joining the industry. Established strong collaborations with government agencies such as MPC, MIMOS, MIDA and MITI for the internal adoptions of advanced technology development and supporting local SME productivity and business developments.
Inari Amertron Berhad is an investment holding company with wholly-owned subsidiaries involved in the Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) & electronics manufacturing (EMS) industries. Products manufactured involved the RF filters module in mobile communications, optoelectronic products segment, sensors and indicators in automotive segment and others. Manufacturing capability includes prost wafer processing operations, surface mount technology, package assembly and full RF and electrical test capabilities.
CEO
Dr Hari Narayanan is the CEO of the PSDC (Penang Skills Development Centre). Prior to this, he was the President of Asia Pacific University, providing strategic leadership and a mentor to the VC and DVC. Dr Hari also spent more than 25 years in Motorola Solutions, and he retired from Motorola Solutions in 2018 as its Managing Director.
Dr Hari graduated with a First Class Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the Manchester Metropolitan University, UK in 1982. He obtained his PhD from the University of Manchester (UMIST) in 1985.
PSDC (Penang Skills Development Centre) was established in 1989 and is the first tripartite, industry-led skills training and education centre in Malaysia. Over a period of 33 years, the Centre has trained over 250,000 participants through more than 13,000 courses; pioneered local industry development initiatives; assisted in the input and formulation of national policies pertaining to human capital development and contributed directly to the Malaysian workforce transformation initiatives. Today, PSDC is recognised as a premier TVET training centre by government and industry alike, locally and abroad, in its role in talent development, skills training and nurturing innovation.

Salah has been instrumental in expanding ISIG’s reach and impact, curating high-level summits and initiatives that drive dialogue and progress across critical areas such as semiconductor manufacturing, AI, MEMS, automotive electronics, and advanced packaging. His vision continues to position ISIG as a key platform for thought leadership, networking, and strategic industry alignment.
Earlier in his career, Salah held positions at Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Worldwide Business Research, and the International Business Development Group. He studied International Relations and Economics at Oxford University and Loughborough University, and in 2024 became a Stanford University alumnus after completing the Stanford Executive Program. In addition to his role at ISIG, Salah also serves on the Advisory Board of Atlant3D, a pioneer in atomic-layer advanced manufacturing solutions.
