The Members Portal allows you to:
- Have multiple users across your company by creating Sub Accounts
- Access downloadable presentations (ISES Docs) and watch video recordings (ISES TV) from all our summits since 2023
- Access exclusive membership rates on summit passes and sponsorship packages
- Submit and edit your ISES website biography, company profiles and agenda presentations (My Profiles)
Using the Members Portal
To ensure your team are tapping into the benefits associated with your ISES Membership and the Members Portal, please see our guides below.
You are not currently logged in to your main company account. Please note only main company accounts can manage Sub Accounts as described below.
Should you wish to include multiple users under your company membership account without relying on your own login credentials, you have the option to create Sub Accounts for your colleagues.
- Visit the Members Portal at https://isesglobal.com/members-portal (link will open in a new tab). If you’re not logged in, you’ll be asked to log in to your ISES account first
- Once logged in to the Members Portal, click on My Account and on the following screen select Subscriptions
- Click on the three vertical dots (like the icon on left) next to your Membership’s subscription date and select Sub Accounts, where you’ll be presented with two options…
- 1. Click on the Add Sub Account button and enter the details of the new user yourself
2. Share the link under Signup URL with any colleagues for them to create a Sub Account themselves - With either option, their new Sub Account will automatically be added to your ISES Membership account so they will have access to the same ISES membership benefits
The approved to share presentation slides for all summits are available to download for all ISES members via ISES Docs.
- Visit the Member Portal at https://isesglobal.com/members-portal (link will open in a new tab). If you’re not logged in, you’ll be asked to log in to your ISES account first
- Once logged in to the Members Portal, click on ISES Docs
- Above the listed docs (sorted by company name), you will find options to filter by a specific category or browse by year, e.g. click 2024 Summits, select the desired summit and then click on Presentation PPTs
- For any ISES Docs displayed, you have the option to either View Doc (view the file online and see speaker/presentation details) or Download (save the ISES Doc to your device for offline access and printing)
The video recordings for all recent summits are available to watch online for all ISES members via ISES TV.
- Visit the Member Portal at https://isesglobal.com/members-portal (link will open in a new tab). If you’re not logged in, you’ll be asked to log in to your ISES account first
- Once logged in to the Members Portal, click on ISES TV
- Above the featured videos, you will find options to filter by a specific category or browse by year, e.g. click 2024 Summits, select the desired summit and then the day you wish to view
- For any ISES TV videos displayed, click anywhere on the video or the Watch Video button to access video playback and view the speaker/presentation details
As a member you will have access to discounted rates on event passes and sponsorship packages.
- Visit the Member Portal at https://isesglobal.com/members-portal (link will open in a new tab). If you’re not logged in, you’ll be asked to log in to your ISES account first
- Once logged in to the Members Portal, click on Discounts
- Select from the listed summits, the summit you wish to attend
- Click on the discounted pass or package you wish to register to make the purchase online
The Members Portal allows you to submit your own biography, company profiles and agenda presentations for website publication to promote you and your company’s role at our summits
- Visit the Member Portal at https://isesglobal.com/members-portal (link will open in a new tab). If you’re not logged in, you’ll be asked to log in to your ISES account first
- Once logged in to the Members Portal, click on My Profiles
- If you have no Biography Profile yet, you can click on Submit New Biography and complete the form to submit it for ISES approval
- To submit a new Company Profile, click on Submit New Company and complete the form to submit it for ISES approval
- To submit a new Presentation Profile, click on Submit New Presentation and complete the form to submit it for ISES approval
- Once you submit any new profiles, they will appear in My Profiles as Pending. Once approved by the ISES Team, the profile will change to Published and you’ll be able to edit it (see next section of this guide)
- Note: If your biography, company or presentation already appears on the ISES website but is not in your My Profiles page for you to edit, please contact techsupport@isesglobal.com for us to add it to your account
The Members Portal allows you to edit your own biography, company profiles and agenda presentations already published on the ISES website
- Visit the Member Portal at https://isesglobal.com/members-portal (link will open in a new tab). If you’re not logged in, you’ll be asked to log in to your ISES account first
- Once logged in to the Members Portal, click on My Profiles
- To edit your Biography, click on the Edit Bio button, change any desired information via the form and then click Publish Changes to immediately publish your changes online
- To edit your Company, click on the company’s Edit Company button, change any desired information via the form and then click Publish Changes to immediately publish your changes online
- To edit a Presentation, click on the presentation’s Edit Presentation button, change any desired information via the form and then click Publish Changes to immediately publish your changes online
